This evening we h=<br \/>\nave Baccalaureate and tomorrow morning will be Commencement.  I am hopin=<br \/>\ng for bright, sunny skies as we have had many rainy days here lately.  T=<br \/>\nhe point is, tomorrow all of the faculty don their fancy (expensive) aca=<br \/>\ndemic robes and march in procession &#8212; both today and tomorrow.  <br \/><b=\nr\/>These formal ceremonies get to some people but I like them.  For one =<br \/>\nthing, we don&#39;t do it so very often.  But especially, it&#39;s fun t=<br \/>\no see these students graduate.  We have young adults with whom we have w=<br \/>\norked for four years.  We&#39;ve watched them grow and develop.  They ha=<br \/>\nve moved from late teen-age years to early independent adult years.
